The public must become aware of the
risks involved with excessive drinking.
Publicity must be given to the dangers.
Advertising of alcoholic drinks must
not be allowed to portray drinking as
sexy, sophisticated, intelligent or
luxurious. It should not be directed at
young people.
It may be appropiate for alcohol
advertising and packages to carry a
health warning.
Eventually, the advertising of all
alcohol must be forbidden, except
perhaps, at the point of sale.
