Where do I go for Help?
If you, or someone in your family,
have problems relating to alcohol, it
will often seem very difficult finding
someone who can help.
Try and explain your difficulties
to a friend or someone else in the
family. They may well be able to offer
you a good deal of support. Often just
talking about it is helpful.
Your doctor may be able to help,
but remember that there are no easy
cures. Your own doctor may not have the
time or expertise to help directly, but
should be able to put you in touch with
someone locally who can.
