Healthdata was also available as a disc based offline database, also in the viewdata format.  It seems as if it was mostly a copy of the online content, so we present it here for your delight and access..

    How to stop smoking                 
                                        
                                        
   E Work out the times and places where
 you like to smoke. These are going to  
 be the situations when you are going to
 find it very difficult. It is best to  
 avoid them by making changes in your   
 daily routine.                         
                                        
   F Find something to do to occupy the 
 time you spend smoking. It is helpful  
 to get some new habits to replace the  
 smoking. You must have something to get
 yourself busy with when you feel the   
 urge to smoke.                         
                                        
   G On the evening before the day you  
 have chosen, throw your cigarettes away
 and remove all temptations (ashtrays,  
 lighters, matches etc.)
