 stop smoking". The gum is chewed for at
 least 20 minutes and during this time  
 nicotine is slowly absorbed through the
 lining of the mouth. This helps prevent
 side effects due to an abrupt end to   
 smoking and helps with the craving for 
 cigarettes. Nicotine is very poisonous 
 and must be only be used under careful
