Healthdata was also available as a disc based offline database, also in the viewdata format.  It seems as if it was mostly a copy of the online content, so we present it here for your delight and access..

    What treatment is available?        
                                        
                                        
 The dose suggested is 25mg twice daily 
 after food from three days before      
 symptoms are expected until 3rd day of 
 period. It is dangerous to take more   
 than 50mg daily.                       
                                        
 d. Evening Primrose Oil                
    available from chemists, not on NHS 
 prescription. This is rich in gamma-   
 linoleic acid which has been shown to  
 help some women with PMS. The dose     
 suggested is 2-3 capsules (each 500mg) 
 twice daily after food from 3 days     
 before symptoms are expected to start  
 of period.
