time in their lives and in some people
it is a recurrent problem. Most cases

can do to treat and prevent back pain.

   What causes back pain?
Back pain is usually due to muscles &
joints in the back getting strained by
heavy lifting or pushing. Bad posture
may also be a contributory factor.

   How should I treat it?
Treatment is with complete rest lying
on your back on a firm support. (On the
floor or with a board under the bed)
You should take soluble aspirin or
