Offline Database


Healthdata was also available as a disc based offline database, also in the viewdata format.  It seems as if it was mostly a copy of the online content, so we present it here for your delight and access..

   How can I prevent it happening again?
  Try and always keep your back straight
 When Standing                          
  Keep upright, avoid high-heeled shoes.
 When Sitting                           
  Make sure there is support for the low
 back and sit upright.                  
 When Lying                             
  Have a firm bed.                      
 When Lifting                           
  Bend your knees, not your back!       
                                        
   See your doctor                      
    if the pain doesn't settle or if you
 have numbness or weakness in the legs.
