Healthdata was also available as a disc based offline database, also in the viewdata format.  It seems as if it was mostly a copy of the online content, so we present it here for your delight and access..

 Symptoms                               
 Sneezing, itchy blocked-up runny nose. 
 Red, itching, watering eyes.           
 Wheeze and cough (Called "ASTHMA". The 
 cause may be pollen or mould but treat 
 -ment may be different from hay-fever) 
                                        
 How to Avoid Symptoms                  
   If you can, stay inside with windows 
 closed, especially during the heat of  
 the day when the pollen rises in the   
 warm air.                              
                                        
 Treatment                              
   Managing Hay-fever means trying to   
 balance the risks and side effects of  
 the treatment with the severity of     
 the symptoms.
