 I've used two terms - FRAME and PAGE - 
 which have specific meanings. A frame  
 is one of (up to) 26 screens of        
 information (like this one) that have  
 the same page name. They are           
 identified by a single letter (a to z).
 For example, this is frame "c" of page 
 "Help.1".                              
                                        
 Keying # takes you to the next frame   
 (in alphabetical order). Keying * lets 
 you enter a page name, and takes you to
 the 'a' frame of that page.
