Offline Database


Healthdata was also available as a disc based offline database, also in the viewdata format.  It seems as if it was mostly a copy of the online content, so we present it here for your delight and access..

       What Can I do to Cut Down?       
                                        
                                        
 1. Reduce the Volume you Drink         
                                        
    Drink half-pints, not pints and     
 avoid double measures of spirits.      
                                        
 2. Avoid Regular drinking              
                                        
    Have a few "drink-free" days each   
 week.                                  
                                        
 3. Drink more slowly.                  
                                        
    Make your drinks last longer. If you
 are very thirsty, have a soft drink or 
 "long" drink first. Miss rounds rather 
 than always keeping up with the others.
 Buy your own drinks, not in rounds.
