What are Micronet and Prestel??

Initially a seperate company it is now
wholey owned by BT and operates as part
of Prestel. There are many different
areas you can enjoy, and the rest of
this section of Virgin User tells you
about some of them.
Users are sometimes confused about who
is responsible for different parts of
Prestel. The Billing System is run by
a different part of Prestel, as is
Mailbox. If you have problems with them
you should complain direct. Micronet
will be happy to hear from you, and
will try to hurry things along on your
behalf, but cannot do more than that.
