Healthdata was also available as a disc based offline database, also in the viewdata format.  It seems as if it was mostly a copy of the online content, so we present it here for your delight and access..

 all! All the energy you need can be    
 supplied by other foods.               
                                        
     Sugar consumption leads to obesity,
 tooth decay and possibly to diabetes.  
                                        
     Many processsed foods and drinks   
 contain much more sugar than you think.
 Look carefully at the label.           
                                        
     All of the following names are used
 for types of sugar. Try and avoid them.
   honey - syrup - glucose - dextrose   
   fructose - sucrose - lactose.
