Offline Database


Healthdata was also available as a disc based offline database, also in the viewdata format.  It seems as if it was mostly a copy of the online content, so we present it here for your delight and access..

   Eat more fibre                       
                                        
                                        
    Plan to increase your fibre intake  
 gradually, to give yourself time to get
 used to the changes.                   
                                        
    Eat more vegetables and fruit. Fresh
 or dried fruit is a healthy snack. High
 fibre foods are also high in vitamins. 
                                        
    Eat more bread. Wholemeal bread has 
 the most fibre. Consider using brown   
 rice and wholemeal pasta.              
                                        
    Choose a high fibre breakfast cereal
 (add dried fruit, not sugar).          
                                        
    Use more peas, beans and lentils.   
 They also contain useful protein.      
                                        
      Drink less alcohol.....key 1
