Pubic Lice
This disease is caused by small lice
that live in the pubic hair and spread
during close contact such as during
sexual intercourse.
The symptoms are severe itching in
the genital area. You may be able to
see the tiny lice or the eggs that they
lay on your pubic hair.
Sadly even very careful and repeated
washing will not get rid of them. You
need a special lotion to kill the lice.
STD clinics will supply the lotion,
or ask at your chemist. It is available
without prescription.
